The company was formerly known as Enzer Corporation Limited and changed its name to Vallianz Holdings Limited in August 2010. Vallianz Holdings Limited was incorporated in 1992 and is headquartered in Singapore. Vallianz Holdings Limited is a subsidiary of Rawabi Holding Company Limited.
