In addition, it is involved in the office/property leasing and management activities. The company was formerly known as PT Merck Indonesia Tbk and changed its name to PT Merck Tbk in June 2002. The company was founded in 1970 and is based in Jakarta Timur, Indonesia. PT Merck Tbk operates as a subsidiary of Merck Holding GmbH.
