1. Construction pipeline
Starts, under construction and completions

StatCan currently publishes starts through Jul 2026, while under construction and completions in this table stop at Dec 2022.
Starts minus completions
If starts fall below completions, the future pipeline is shrinking. Values use months where both series are published.
